Student Requirements

Because the Writer’s Business Academy offers real-word training to help authors and writers build the business side of their writing business, you don’t need to have a degree to enroll and become a student.

All beginning courses can be taken by any student, with no prerequisite courses required.

Intermediate and advanced courses may require prerequisite courses. In some cases, this may be waived  (at the professor’s discretion) if the student provides samples of their work or experience, to demonstrate proficiency.

Students of the Writer’s Business Academy must be at least 18 years of age (or have a signed attendance agreement from their parents), and are at all different stages of their writing careers and building their writing business.

What they have in common is a desire to build a profitable, successful writing business that helps them to achieve their own definition of success.
